a fact that language and cultural differences often create and lead to
misunderstanding particularly among people from different countries and
consequently the purposes of communication are not achieved. Then, the
intensive and extensive misunderstanding during communication and interaction
are assumed to be able to lead a “conflict” among them. It is a fact that that
